Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Change of mind or personal preference cases

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method or agreed method

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us at support email

5. Exchange (Optional)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
