2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order
  • Refusing COD orders after shipping may result in future order restrictions

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout
  • In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be provided via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status.


6. Delivery Issues

If you face any issue such as:
